Sponsorship

Corporate sponsorship of the annual NeurIPS Conference contributes to the successful outcome of each year’s conference. NeurIPS appreciates your support and participation and wants your sponsorship to meet the needs of your company.  Neural Information Processing Systems will send a contract and the Code of Conduct; upon signing the Neural Information Processing Systems contract, receiving payment, and COI,  your booth will be assigned and your logo will be posted on the website.   Access to the recruitment database and complimentary registrations will be processed upon receipt of payment and the Neural Information Processing Systems contract.

The Neural Information Processing Systems Foundation is deeply grateful to our sponsors who provide funds that are essential to the continued success of the conference. An important use of those funds is the support of the next generation of AI researchers who need financial assistance in order to participate in the conference. This year we have undertaken several new initiatives to amplify this effort.

Over recent years, some members of our community have observed the lavishness of some of the sponsor exhibit spaces and asked whether some portion of the investment sponsors are making in flashy exhibits might be redirected to supporting the scientific mission of the conference.

To that end, we are reducing the size of the exhibition space and limiting the complexity of the booths, which can save the sponsors money, which in turn may be used to support interns and students to attend the conference. For sponsors, the conference will continue to be an extraordinary recruiting opportunity.

NeurIPS Policy for Sponsor Events 

NeurIPS welcomes sponsors at the meeting and provides adequate space for them to interact with NeurIPS attendees. Sponsor parties during the NeurIPS Conference should be held after 7:00 pm to allow time for attendees to go the poster sessions. NeurIPS discourages corporate events that conflict with any official NeurIPS events, conference sessions or poster sessions. 

NeurIPS does not organize sponsor presentations at the Conference or Workshops and discourages parallel meetings organized by sponsors. Satellite meetings should be organized by sponsors immediatley before or after the NeurIPS meeting.

2019 Levels of Sponsorship:

Diamond $80,000 USD

  • 20’ x 10’ booth space

  • Eight (8) complimentary registrations for conference, tutorials, and workshops
  • Acknowledgement at the opening reception
  • Company name and logo on website with link, and conference brochure

Gold $20,000 USD

  • 1:1 Booth Kiosk rendering

  • Diamond and Platinum may submit applications for Talks, Panels, Demos and Workshops for the Sunday Expo.

 

  1. Company PO number. After you complete the application, you may email yourself an invoice from ICML.cc for the amount of the sponsorship. If you need that invoice to have a PO number from your company on it, then you will need to add that PO number in section 3 of the application.
  2. Will you host an event? If you intend to host an event during the conference, you will be asked about the type of event you will host, your target audience, and how will attend. We collect this information so we can align our goals with yours.
  3. Branding. Our sponsor page highlights your company logo, provides a link to your website, and displays a paragraph about your company. You will be asked for each of these in various steps.
  4. Vector logo. We need a high-quality vector version of your logo in .pdf, .ai, or .svg format. This logo may be enlarged for a sponsor poster, so it is important that it be a high-quality image in vector format.
  5. Payment. Sponsorship and exhibitor payment is due by Oct. 23, 2019, 11:59 p.m.. Your invoice will be generated in section 4 of the application.

Shipping & Customs Information

Please complete the ConsultExpo Order Form and Canada Customs Invoice and return to their office prior to shipping. For your convenience, you may download their forms from http://consultexpoinc.com/forms/ or go to their link and submit their forms directly online: http://consultexpoinc.com/onlineforms/. If shipping via your own carrier from outside of Canada, please note that you will still require customs clearance services therefore please provide ConsultExpo with your shipment’s tracking number (specifically, if using a courier such as FedEx, DHL or UPS).

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs)

The VCC will provide electrical and internet; this information will be included in the Freeman Service Kit.

 

Exhibitor Badges

Each person at your booth will need a badge to get into the exhibitor area. An Exhibitor Badge is free but only grants access to the exhibitor area and not the meeting itself. Exhibitor badges should be given to the staff who will be manning your tables.  Please enter the email addresses of those needing an exhibitor badge and press Submit Exhibitor Badges. Repeat for each person. If they do not have an account at NeurIPS.cc, a red X will appear after you type their name below. Please invite those without an account to create an account by sending them a Profile Create Request.
