Quantitative Single-Cell Proteomics for Next Generation Perturbation Modelling
Fabian Fröhlich
Abstract
We will advance perturbation modeling by generating and harmonizing large-scale single-cell proteomic datasets. Leveraging mass cytometry (CyTOF), a cost-effective and scalable technology with unique translational potential, we will curate public resources and establish high-throughput pipelines for patient-derived organoids. By integrating these data into standardized formats and sharingprotocols openly, we aim to catalyze broader data-generation efforts, accelerate biomarker discovery, and enable precision medicine applications.
