Tiffany Vlaar

Dr Tiffany Vlaar works in the area of mathematics of deep learning and climate change AI as a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the University of Glasgow. She is recognized as an ELLIS (European Laboratory for Learning and Intelligent Systems) Member. She earned her Mathematics PhD from the University of Edinburgh, during which she was a Turing Institute enrichment student. Prior to her current role, she was a postdoctoral researcher at Mila - Quebec AI Institute and McGill University. She is currently a WiML Board Member, and was general chair of the WiML @ NeurIPS 2024 workshop.
