Exhibitor Liability Insurance

As a standard requirement for all of our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of USD 1,000,000 per occurrence and USD 2,000,000 aggregate. Insurance coverage is not optional.

This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, December 5–12, 2026, naming NeurIPS (1269 Law Street, San Diego, CA 92109) as the certificate holder. The following must be listed as additional insured: NeurIPS and ICC Sydney.

If you do not have this coverage in place, NeurIPS has made arrangements so that exhibitors can easily acquire this coverage from several partners. We recommend trying Gallagher Insurance first — they are local in Sydney.

IAEE Display Rules & Regulations (2023 North American Update) apply as the baseline exhibition design standard. All exhibitors, contractors and appointed contractors must also comply with ICC Sydney Event Guidelines, ICC Sydney Safety Guidelines, venue permit requirements, and all applicable Australian legislation. Where there is any inconsistency, ICC Sydney requirements take precedence.
